About Mbuni Tented Camps
Two tented camps in the Serengeti ecosystem.
A name taken from the plains
Mbuni Tented Camps takes its name from the Swahili word for ostrich, the bird you’ll often see striding across the Serengeti’s open grassland.
Thoughtfully designed tented camps offering comfort, a warm welcome and memorable stays in the Serengeti ecosystem.
Two camps
One permanent, one seasonal.
Mbuni Central Serengeti Camp is a permanent tented camp at Nyarusigwa 5, 13 km from Seronera Airstrip, open all year.
Mbuni Migration Camp is seasonal. It stands at Kogatende in Northern Serengeti from 1 June to 31 October, and at Ndutu, on the Ngorongoro Conservation Area side, from 1 December to 31 March.
Whichever you choose, rates are full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, with drinking water, tea and coffee.
